Hi Soe,
I appreciate that you checked the original location,and validated that the files are there.
BE detects the online files and back it up.
Make sure that nobody access the file while its backing up.(no apps and no users)
check for firewall and Anitvirus scan.
Try backing up the selection which has teh corrupt data encountered in a different time interval would be a good option.
