encryption manager is not showing up in backup exec>tools ?

I am trying to use the encryption but can not find the enctyption key manager. encryption manager is not showing up in backup exec>tools ? How do I turn it on ?

options>encryption keys is not there and the network and security options under options>job defaults is not there. How can I turn it on? They are not even grayed out they are not there at all ???

Are you using a Quickstart Edition of BE?  If you are, encryption is not one of the features of the Quickstart Edition.
