Hello,
I'll try to explain my problem but I don't speak very well english.
I use BE 12.5 ans office 365 64bits.
On every laptop in my company I have an error message when DLO is launch and I open outlook.
The message indicates i don't have any default client messenger ....
I can see on my control pannel it's my default client.
OS is 7 x64

BE DLO 12.5 does not support Windows 7. You would need a recent release of Symantec DLO for supporting Win 7.

...if it works on Windows 7 x32 then you're lucky. Windows 7 is not supported at all as per previous comment. See the link to the BE 12.5 SCL below:
BE 2014 supports Windows 7 for a RAWS agent installation:

The latest version of DLO is now a separate product and also supports Windows 7. See below:

yes maybe but, on 32bits clients there are no problem.
Maybe we could try to find one solution ?
