exchange policy error

I have be 2010 r2 rev 4164 with an policy exchange (full + incremental) over three exchange servers

On one exchange server I have the following error on incrementals jobs

V-79-57344-862: The Backup Exec Agent for Microsoft Exchange was not used to create the last full backup of this database.  You must use the Exchange Agent to run a full backup before you run a differential or incremental backup.
V-79-57344-759: Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options.  The following error was returned when opening the Exchange Database file:  '-1811 The file was not found. '

But the full job ended successfuly, I don't know what can be happening?

Any idea?

Thanks, I found the problem, there was other full backup running that was affecting my policy.

Thanks again.

I have already read these post and didn't help me

Post 1 (Vssadmin list writers without errors!!!)

Post2 (The media server is outside domain and I don't use dns services, so I use ip address for the target exchange server, moreover the full backup of the same target ends successfuly so I think it doesn't apply for my environment)

HI there ,

Did you checked if Circular logging is enabled on the databases . If yes ,disable it & then try incremental backups.

I've just created a new storage group, then I ran a full backup, then the incremental and there aren't errors on the new storage group, but yes on the other storage groups!!!

I don't find errors on windows event log (on media server and on exchange server)

Any idea??
