Hi

We have exchange 2013 single server want to backup only DB backup

can you correct me to do VSS backup shadow copy service should be manual

and disk shadow should be enbale on each disks correct ?

It does not matter because you should not enable AOF in your Exchange backup job

Split your backups off from each other. Use AOFO for files and folders in 1 job and then turn AOFO off for the DB backup. Backup Exec will call VSS to quiesce the application but not use AOFO at all.
