We encounter a problem when recovering with SDR on a new machine of windows server after being backed up with backup exec 2015 server.
source:windows server 2008 R2 64bits
destinantion server:a server with higher CPU frequence and 64 bits and higher memory.
You could find attached the error message as seen in BE events.
Any idea please about this issue?
It is a local drive and we are restoring a physical HP server to another physical HP machine with higher CPU frequence and 64 bits and higher memory.
Shall I deselect the D: drive while recovering operation?
Any suggestions please?
If it just contains data, then deselect it and see how it goes.
At one stage of the SDR recovery process, you are supposed to allocate the disks on the new machine. Did you allocate a D: drive on the new machine?
