it was using backup software on windows network

Hi,

What data are you backing up? Is it file servers or databases? Is the AOFO installed? Did the Remote Agent on the other side crash after this backup? Could you paste related Event ID's from the remote servers being backed up over here? Any Event ID descriptions from the Media Server could be of help too.
