full backup failed (error :E00084C8)

I'm putting a full backup and incremental backup into effect every week.
The following error message is indicated and a full backup is failed. It's successful about incremental backup.

■Error code(Job execution result)
E00084C8(V-79-57344-33992)

■Error code(Windows Ivent Viewer)
ID:33808,58057,57765

if you have any knowledge, help me to solved the problem.

Are the full and incremental backups using the same storage?
I ask because checking out the following three tech-notes, this generally appears to be a hardware issue of some kind, however in that case would expect the incremental's to fail as well, though I suppose if there is a very small amount of data for the incr this might explain why these work and the much larger fulls don't.
