how to add a shared folder in backup exec 2012

hi every one

i have a problem with my qnap and backup exec

i need to configure a shared folder on my qnap into my BE

but it gives me that error

please i need help quickly

...what error? Can the NAS integrate into Active Directory which will ensure that there are no authentication errors...

Or is this an error stating there are no remote agents installed, in which case, since this is a NAS (and not a Windows-based NAS) you can't install an agent on it.

i have put the error image but i don't know why it didn't appear

the error

about adding the nas to the active directory i have tried but it gives me an error also

but i can't understand what is remote agent ??

A remote agent is used to enable communications between the target server and the media server. Some NAS arrays will not allow an agent to be installed, and you'd get an error stating there is no agent installed after the job runs. Mostly this is informational.

Chances are very good you won't find 1, although you can try installing the RALUS agent.

Can you please just post the error in text form as your image is not showing up.
