how to publish a post?

It usually gets published almost immediately unless there is some content which needs to be reviewed and in that case, it gets published within 24 hours.

we need a solution quick with the trail because of bad performace with backup exec and vmware.

I believe that below the editor window (where you type the text of your posts) there are a number of options and it is possibly that one of them is selected to some kind of draft instead of publish which will result in some posts only visible to Symantec staff and extremly trusted forum contributors. The author wil need to make sure the options are set to publish to avoid general visibility issues with posts.

I edit it and put to draft

the edit it again and published it.

now it works.... :)
