install agent

Hi,

I tried to install "backup exec remote agent for windows system" in a remote windows 7 pro station.

I did not succeed only after i turn off windows firewall.

What do i need to exclude in order to turn on windows firewall and install the agent ?

Hi, Open port 10000 which is the default port that the BE Remote Agent uses to communicate with the media server. Thanks!
