Not 100% sure what your issue is

However

1) In a library you inventory the tape storage slots (or the whole library which does the all the slots for you) you do not inventory the drive in the library itself as the static state (with no jobs or utility tasks running) for this drive will always be empty, so either right click the library itself to start an inventory (the object called Bandoteque 0001 in your images) or right click the slot you want to check.

2) A cleaning tape with the correct cleaning barcode on it will never be subject to an inventory operation as the scan of the library is enough to identify it

3) Sometimes Backup Exec will see  the first slot in a library as slot 0 sometimes it will use slot 1 as the name for the first slot - as such when comparing the web interface of the library itself with what Backup Exec shows in the slots you may have to be aware of this stagger in the slot numbers.

4) You should never move a tape into the drive of the library using the web library interface because the static state of the drive should be empty. It's possible the library will sort this out if Backup Exec sends other jobs to the library by automatically returning that tape to the slot, which might only mean a delay on operations - but a worse case scenario is the Backup Exec jobs fail because when it tries to use the drive it is full.
