issue with a monthly backup

hello 

i create a monthly backup job from a already daily full backup

when it start it run for 3 hours let say and then i get this error :

 V-79-57344-34070 - Snapshot Technology: Initialization failure on: "Microsoft Information Store". Snapshot technology used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot technology error (0xE0008516): The database specified for the snapshot was not backed up because the database was not mounted.

Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

 not sure why i get this error ... i have the daily backup ruining at 5 pm on device 1 and the monthly on device 2 at 11pm

the daily job run from 5pm for 3 hours and half so it finish at 9:30 pm

i said 3 hours but it maybe more
