We upgraded to backup exec 20.2. After the upgrade we have got a problem with phisical host backup (just drive C: + system state).
The job hang (freeze) in preparing state forever....we tryed to deintall/install the agent/restart the server/scan the disck/run sfc /scannow command with no success. This is a node in Windows 2012 R2 cluster with 4 nodes (we successfully backup all other 3 nodes in the cluster). Before upgrate to 20.2 all work fine.
Any suggestions/ideas how to check&resolve this strange behavied?
