I just installed BE 11d on a clean Win2003 server and created a Backup-to-disk device. Then I shut down the server and connected an Exabyte Packetloader. This is supported according to the HCL.
However, neither the loader nor the tape drive have been recognized by BE 11d. Where can I find the drivers in order to install them?
