managing BE servers and DLO servers on different domains

Hi all,

we have some smb clients that don't have no it guy, and we want to manage their BE and DLO servers, how can we do it?

for BE i'm wondering if caso can manage BE servers in differents domains.

Hi,

DLO is a separate product from BE 2012 days, and no longer managed by BE.

A Backup Exec CASO environment can manage servers from different domains. I've done this myself where the domains had a trust between each other. Definitely possible.

Essentially you roll out a CASO server, and then point the MMS (Managed Media Server) servers to this CASO. You would add in the username/password of the BE service account and use this to access the MMS (either via IP address or host name).

ok that's ok for me for caso solution, So what about dlo, how can i manage different dlo servers located on different separated domains.
