We had backup exec 8, and have a SuperDLT 320 tandberg data tape drive. This worked. We've upgraded to Backup exec 11d for windows servers. Now we get errors like 'bad media' on media that used to be fine (tried cleaning), multiple hardware errors, it wont catalog, inventories fail. This all used to work with the old version of backup exec, it doesn't with the new. Any ideas why and if this can be fixed?
PS, is there really no email support or free phone support? And can a mod delete my post in the version 10 forum, it should be here.
