need to exclude single corrupt email, can't find it in selections list BE11

we have a client who keeps getting a single email skipped during the backup process.  it was listed in two places -- <user mailbox>\top of information store, and <user mailbox>\top of information store\inbox.  i've turned off the first one, it was the only email listed in that location.  the big problem we're having in finding the second one is that it's listed as {list of unprintable characters}<No Subject>, and this user has literally hundreds of <No Subject> emails in his inbox.  is there an easy or at least automated way to find this corrupt email and exclude it from the backup list without excluding *all* the <No Subject> emails entirely?

Sorry,

As far as I know, you need to find the "corrupt" EMail yourself.

I'd look at any that have attachments first.  v10 and v11 seemed to have probems with some attachments.
