BE 9.1 rev. 4691 server is not behind a firewall.

Receiving this error message in BE log:

Backup - OFO: Initialization failure on: "\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Yes.
OFO: Snapshot error (0x1): Incorrect function.


Unable to attach to \\\C:.
Unable to attach to \\\C:.

the smiley faces should be \

Please help resolve this error message.

Thanks for the reply.

The VSP.SYS was not found on the server. I do not have the advanced open file option purchased and I have BE 9.1 runing on 30 servers without advanced open file option. These servers work great, but this one is giving me this error. Please adviseMessage was edited by:
