Mmm...probably a licensing issue.
I've had this with Exchange, and resolved this by uninstalling the license, restarting my services, and then reinstalling the license. This was after running a trial of BEWS 12.5. Even though I entered the license before the trial expired, it still gave this error.
It could also happen if you had multiple drives, and no LEO licenses (Library Expansion Option) for example.
I'd start by taking a look at the licenses and making sure they're OK. Once done, go through your Job Log and see where exactly it's giving this error message.
