Please check the attachment and advise why so many log files were created in folder BackupExecInstallPath\Logs

Can I manually delete them?

How to fix the problem?

Thanks

This is because debugging is enabled. Disable debugging and delete these log files.

Open SGMon ( Backup Exec Debug Tool) and uncheck the debug options. Or else, you can disable debugging via registry. Have a look @ this KB - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH204379.html
