"Access Denied" error to desktop files by DLO agent

Hello all,

I've searched these forums for a couple days and haven't been able to find much info on an issue that I'm having. I have a couple desktops that the DLO agent will not back up certain portions of the file tree to the network.  When the local files are scanned, the log shows an error stating "error scenning disk, access denied".  The user account that shold be being used can browse the folders that are having the problem, and all permissions seem correct.  The account has admin rights to the machine.  We are running version 12.5.  Any idead on how to solve this?

open files

try excluding open files on the client side, they might be the reason for this error
