"Unable to attach" "error category: Job Error" on Exchange server

All of a sudden, I got this error message from last night's backup job and back up failed. I looked around and found this note: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/266177.htm
But Error Category of my error message is "Job Error" instead of "Resource Error" So essentially, I don't think this is Resouce Credential problem.
But I can't find any other solution/cause of this problem.
Does anyone have any idea???

- What is the excat error that you receive?

- What are you backing up?

- Is it a remote backup?
