"Unable to initialize Remote Agent" error

I have recently upgraded from BackupExec 9.1 to 10d (10.1.5629)

We have 4 servers, the backup server and 2 of the remote agents upgraded fine and behave exactly as before. The Active Directory server seemed to install ok but I'm getting errors when I try to run a job.

There are 2 different jobs, one gives errors:

Backup- CONN-NL
V-79-57344-65072 - The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.
V-79-57344-65072 - The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.
V-79-57344-65072 - The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.

Backup- C:
V-79-57344-65218 - A failure occurred accessing the SnapShot handle.


The other job gives:

Backup- conn-nl
Unable to initialize Remote Agent


I've been searching the forum and web but can't find anything that helps. Tried re-installed the agent (with and without uninstalling it first)


Agent Log from the problem server is below.

I suspect the "LogonUser failed: The parameter is incorrect." bit may be significant, but the other 2 remote agents work fine.

Any ideas?
