"Week-backup" being in the Mail-slot and put in another and close the Mail-slot without any actions in the BE-menu

We would like every Monday to simply take out the "Week-backup" being in the Mail-slot and put in another and close the Mail-slot without any actions in the BE-menu.

No actions in the BE-menu as we would like to ask our secretary to do the job and let her store a "Week-backup" outside the office.
It would be great if she would be able to take out every monday the Friday-tape ("Week-backup" from the week before) and replace it with another Friday-tape ("Week-backup" from the upcoming Friday)

We use:
- HP Storage1/8 Ultrium 1760 G2 tape autoloader SCSI
- BE server 12,5

We ask ourselves the question if the following setup would be possible in BE in one way or another.
For the 8 positions for tapes in the Autoloader we had in mind :

1 Friday-backup

2 spare-tape in case of write error on one of the tapes in positions 1, 5-8

3 spare-tape in case of write error on one of the tapes in positions 1, 2, 5-8

4 cleaning-tape

5 Monday-backup

6 Tuesday-backup

7 Wednesday-backup

8 Thursday-backup

Nota bene: we only have to replace positions no.1 ("mail-slot"), in there we put every Monday-morning the following tapes depending on the Friday in the month / year:

1st Friday in the month, 2nd Friday in the month

3rd Friday in the month

4th Friday in the month (if not last friday in the month)

last Friday of the month January

last Friday of the month February

last Friday of the month March

last Friday of the month April

last Friday of the month May

last Friday of the month June

last Friday of the month July

last Friday of the month August

last Friday of the month September

last Friday of the month October

last Friday of the month November

last Friday of the year

You can do the following to accomplish your objective.

1) convert your Friday job to a policy.  Template 1 is your Friday job and Template 2 is to export the tape that was just used. Alternatively, since your Friday tape is always in slot 1, you can schedule a job to export it after your Friday job has finished.

2) Schedule an import job on Monday after your secretary put in the tape.  For example, if she is suppose to put in the tape before lunch time, schedule the import job for 1 p.m.  Since the import is to a partiular slot, you must ensure that that slot is empty when the import job runs.  Otherwise, use my script to import the tape into the first empty slot.  You can down my script from
