re directing a failed job to a new device

Just installed another tape drive and want to retry the failed job to the new drive

Hi

If you have just installed new tape drive then please ensure following things are done

1 Backup Exec is fully patched up on first place best to do that and check that is using live update

2 The connected tape drive must be using symantec drivers if they are not please install them using the following link below

3 If this is library please ensure medium changer is using unknown driver for Microsoft

4 Once done in backup job please edit the job to use the tape drive connected to server and run the job
