remote Agent access denied hangs/ Workgroup machine to Domain Member

Hi,

we have installed our BE 12.5 Server on our win2003 server which is only a workgroup member.

With this server i want to backup files on our virtual Win 2000 dc. I have installed the remonte agent an the machine is visible on the be server console..

But it seems that the login credentials i have entered aren't right ore something (checked this serveral times..)

Every time i want to backup this server my be console hangs / sometime a message pop up appears: the server could not login check your password...

Any ideas about this?

When you added the account in Network/Logon Account, did you add it as domain\username?  Also is the user name setup as a local Administrator on the Windows 2000 DC.
