restore Exchange 2003 to a recovery Storage Group

Hi,

I restores an Exchange 2003 mailbox database to a recovery storage group via Backup Exec 10 d today. The backup was a disk backup. I followed a Symantec document and there was a portion in the backup settings where you could say re-create the mailboxes and user accounts. The document said to select these options as required. I decided to leave them blank and not select them. I restored the store and ran exmerge against it to export the mailbox that I wanted. When I exported it to a pst and the attached it to Outlook I could only see an Inbox and a sent items folder. None of the other folders were present, was this because I did not choose the option to restire the mailboxes?. If not could somone show me preferably with screen shots which options to choose in order to restore to a recovery storage group.

Many Thanks.

http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/exchange_server.html reconstructs crashed exchange folders, messages and rest items are damaged by power shortages or surges, physical damage and incorrect user's actions. Utility doesn't change original corrupted exchange file during repairing, it creates the copy and restores it.
