share point restor - item wise

hi,

we are running symantec back up exec 2010 for share point full backup on windows server 2008, we can restore lists but cannot resotre list item wise.

any one can help..?

Hello,  

• Was GRT enabled during the backup?
• what error do you get?
• Are all the live updates installed and pushed out to the remote servers?

If you are using Backup Exec I recommend upgrading to Backup Exec 2010 R3 sp3

You can directly upgrade see http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH159557  and after upgrading make sure all the live updates are run and pushed out to remote servers.
