strange behavior with quiesced vm backup

I am experiencing strange behavior since few days with my vmware backup.

I am getting that error message : A quiesced snapshot could not be created for the virtual machine (DC)Valleyfield_datacenter(DC)\vm\P...

The backup failed.

When I go to my vsphere client, I am unable to take a quiesced snapshot. When I try to move the VM to a diffrent datastore and it gives me this error message : The method is disabled by ' SYMC-INCR 17-02-2016 23:04' Error stack : Call "VirtualMachine.Relocate" for object "COLVAL" on vCenter Server "VC01.colval2.lan" failed.

When I look at the events, I can see that the previous snapshot was succesfuly removed(date 16-02-2016)

Not sure where and who I should contact for that?

I finally found a solution. The support ask me to remove the vmware vss component from the vmware tools installation. Now the backup relied on the microsoft vss component.

...while the TN below is for BE 2014, you might still want to take a look at it and see if there is anything relevant in it to assist you:

You might also want to check out the VMware TN below:

If you cannot create a snapshot from the client, then you should take this problem up with VMware.
