the dlo maintenance server is unavailable or unable to groom file

Estimados: 

Tengo el siguiente error, tengo instalado BE 2010 R3 Sp4 DLO , al respaldar un archivo PST de usuario por DLO me muestra el siguiente mensaje de error :

1- Probé reparando la instalación como dicen algunas notas tecnicas

2- Actualizando el S.O. Windows srv 2008 r3

3- Actualización de firmware y drivers HP ProLiant DL360 G7

El servicio “dlomaintsvcu.exe” después de un tiempo se cae nuevamente. Favor necesito una solución.

 Make sure that the service for the BE SQL instance, BKUPEXEC, is started before you start the BE services.

verify the services that has the logon set as domain\administrator view properties logon as and reenter the password ensuring that it is entered correctly ... once done try restarting backup exec services

Whilst I can tell you are running the version of DLO that came with BE, you might get the benefit of contributors with more experience to answer DLO specific questions if you post in the DLO forum which is located here:

Althoguh typically if a service is crashing (as you appear to show in your screenshot) you will probably need to log a formal support call and not rely on the forums to get assistence.
