time change in server

i have a question if change time in server so any effect in my data, means if i change time in server so we lost data or not. can you please help me.

I would not expect changing the time to have a detrimental effect or cause you to lose data, but presumably this can depend upon whichever specific application you are runnning.

For Backup Exec, if you are (for example) moving the time forward an hour, it would be worth checking for any missed jobs that have not run due to the time change, and rerun these as required.
