unable to open DLO client console

HI ALL,

currently we are faceing on issue in Backup Exec 2010 DLO.

Issue : Unable to open DLO client console with error  v-139-32775-14, faile to load configuration setting. for more information kindly find attach .JPG file.

Client configuration : Windows XP 32 bit, 2 GB ram,

We perform following troubleshooting :

1. at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\DLO\client\3.0   check server name is correctly mention.
2. at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\DLO\DB  there is BKPEXEC and BEDLO is available
3. we uninstall and reinstall DLO client, but still same issue.

at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\DLO\DB  there is BKUPEXEC and BEDLO instance is available.
