unable to select SharePoint 2007 after i upgrade t...

after i upgrade to backup exec 2010 i am not uable to backup the sharepoint 2007.. my sharepoint topology the sql 2005 and sharepoint installed in the same windows server 2003 32BIt..
every time i try to browes the farm give me this error
"An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of Server Farm.
Although the specified server is a SharePoint resource,Backup Exec cannot confirm the topology.
Review your sharepoint credentials and ensure services are running on the Web servers "

i try this articale before but not solved the problem ... i creat this file with this name spswrapperv3.exe.config

and place in this directory "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS " and "WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727" folders. when try to add farm i open the task manger for my sharepoint i see that this spswrapperv3.exe is runing in the process tabe

i don`t know how to resolve it ..
My Sahrepoint server is windows server 2003 entrprise wirh SP1 , and sharepoint 2007 server and have .net framework 2 sp2 and .net framework 3
