upgradation of bews 12.5 to 2010r3 in SAN SSO environment

Hi

I want to upgrade BEWS 12.5 to 2010 r3 we are using SAN SSO in our environemnt.

Out intention is to upgrade operation system where BEWS-12.5 has installed.

Existing setup:

Media server - 12.5 installed on windows 2003 server

SAS SSO licence-4 including Media server

Propose setup

Media server -BEWS 2010 r3  will install on windows 2008 r2(64 bit)

Please let me know how I can achive this? I also want to know what precautions we have to take when we upgrade BEWS since we are using SAN SSO.

Hi mayu,

Check the links below for further information. IN all cases, grab a copy of the Data/Catalogs folders BEFORE starting the upgrade process. If need be, stop the AV and disable it during the upgrade as well.
