upgrade patch cannot be installed

When trying to install service pack 2 on a client it reports "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing..."

I've managed to install the service pack on the sever so how do I get it installed on the clients servers?

Hello,

Service Pack needs to be installed only on the Media server. The Agents need to be updated, which means that you need to reinstall the remote agents.
