veritas 9.1 new installed, but can not see tap drive

Hi all, just installed veritas on a server, the server has a tap drive( can not remember the brand), it works fine under NTbackup. But in veritas, we can not see the tape drive, it can not be seen by add new drive.
If its running good for ntback, it is installed properly,right?

Can anyone help me out?! Thanks in advance
