In March 2017, Veritas held the first in a new series of CIO Digital Debates, the idea was to bring together some former CIOs across a range of industries and get their unique perspectives on how organisations are approaching information management as well as preparing for the upcoming GDPR.

The event was hailed a great success and we received some excellent feedback around the lively debate from our expert panel of thought leaders. If you missed the event, it’s not too late you can still watch the recording from the live stream.

On 5 July, we turn our attention to the second Veritas CIO Digital Debate where we are excited to present our next panel of renowned speakers. They will be lining up for an intense debate on data management and how to make this work as we head more and more to a multi-cloud world.

In a cloud-first world the collaborative nature of the modern working practices can help bring innovation, pace and agility to organizations and reposition IT to be a driver and enabler of digital transformation across the business.

Effective digital transformation depends on information but how do you take maximum advantage of the multi-cloud world without creating a new set of data silos, and incurring hidden storage costs, stalled developers and greater compliance risk?

To get the answer to this and much more then register to hear from our expert panel, hosted by Jason Tooley, VP Northern Region for Veritas. Joining him for this next edition in our CIO Digital Debate series, will be:

  • Myron Hrycyk – former CIO, Severn Trent Water and now Independent Digital Consultant
  • Pete Connor- former CIO, Home Retail Group and now independent Digital Consultant
  • Richard Thwaite – former CIO, Metropolitan Police and now Managing Director, Chaucer Digital
  • Michael Holton – Senior Director, Channel for Veritas Northern Europe

So don’t miss out and register now to join the exciting event as we live steam this on 5 July at 14:00 (BST), for what will be a fast paced, lively debate with some unique insights from our panel of experts.
