Unable to discover AWS hosts after configuring AWS account in Cloudpoint

Hi, we have configured CloudPoint, but when we added AWS plugin no host are populated. We have verified by logging into the container and checking firewalls that requests to various AWS addressess are going thru, but there is not much of logging or troubleshooting tools available in the tool. Can someone point us to the right direction? The only difference between our setup and suggested Veritas config is that our Docker host is Centos, not Ubuntu.

Thank you

Could you please check whether the AWS credentials are entered properly?

Please also check whether selected region is the one where Hosts are present?

I know, these are some pre-checks you might have already gone through, but it would be good to get confirmation on this.

The logged message can be seen from the Container Host. You can view them by checking out the directory/volume which you've provided to container & under that directory, you'd see logs folder. There we keep all the logging part.

Typically, the location is : /cloudpoint/logs/
