AIX mount question

mokkan

Hello,

The file system is mounted in bootup using  /etc/filesystems, but now we brought that file systems into VCS,  in /etc/filesystem file still showing

mount =  true

Is there a command in VCS to make it false? Or do we need to make /etc/filesystem modification manually?

Thanks  Guys

VCS can't make it "false", you will need to change it manually as filesystem is controlled by VCS now

I believe AIX command is:

chfs -A no filesystem_name

to set Automount to no
