Environment

OS = rhel6.2

SFHA = 6.0

GCO

host file is configured on machines under GCO

Add/Delete Remote Cluster is not running via GUI but can be done via command line "VCS error V-16-10-39"

 haclus -add remote_cluster_name remote_cluster_ip

While Configuring Global Service Group Remote Cluster is not connecting via IP

We just used Hostname instead of IP Address  "VCS WARNING V-16-10-73". See the below snap as a reference:

Does it work if you use IP in GUI - it could be just that the hostname that can't be resolved.  I am not sure if the resolution happens on the cluster hosts or the client the GUI is running on, so you should check both it GUI works when using IP.  I've always used IP as even when connection is established, I have had problems  later on during the GCO wizard when using hostname.
