All interface in group MnicB have failed (cluster resource)

Hi

I have just set up a VCS for my master server but keeps getting this error:

Mar 29 15:57:01 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 168056 daemon.error] All Interfaces in group MnicB have failed
Mar 29 15:57:18 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 620804 daemon.error] Successfully failed back to NIC ce0
Mar 29 15:57:18 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 299542 daemon.error] NIC repair detected on ce0 of group MnicB
Mar 29 15:57:18 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 237757 daemon.error] At least 1 interface (ce0) of group MnicB has repaired
Mar 29 15:57:20 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 620804 daemon.error] Successfully failed back to NIC ce5
Mar 29 15:57:20 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 299542 daemon.error] NIC repair detected on ce5 of group MnicB
Mar 29 15:58:12 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 168056 daemon.error] All Interfaces in group MnicB have failed
Mar 29 15:58:28 sirius in.mpathd[6655]: [ID 620804 daemon.error] Successfully failed back to NIC ce0

When I run ifconfig -a, the virtual IP (172.22.8.156) which is mapped to the virtual hostname (vsirius) does not appear in the list. I have attached the following files for reference:
hagrp -state, hares -state, hastatus -summary

Any advise is greatly appreaciated as I am new to VCS. Thanks in advance.

are both the interfaces you've specified (ce0, ce5) up? ie: are there any connectivity issues that would be causing the interfaces to go down/failover?

regarding the missing virtual IP, can you please include the following output to investigate further?

# cat /etc/hostname.ce0
# cat /etc/hostname.ce5
# cat /etc/VRTSvcs/conf/config/main.cf
