I have a requirement to setup Informix database server as a failover cluster on VCS 5.0. But I couldn't see VERITAS Cluster Server Enterprise Agent for Informix on VCS5.0 iso image. Same was available for VCS4.1. I couldn't see any information on Informix Agent in the latest support matrix available in Symantec portal. Can some one tell that cluster server agent for Informix on VCS5.0 is supported? Is there a way to setup informix database server as a failover cluster on VCS5.0?
We have a new Informix agent being released in the next month or so. Best thing to do is to contact your account rep to get your hands on it. It's free of charge, but the best way to get it is through your rep.
