Have you tried looking at the sample exams on the Symantec website?
http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=sample_exams
eg: Sample Exam 250-351: Administration of Veritas Storage Foundation High Availability 5.0 for Windows
http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=sample_exam_250-351
This should give you an idea of the types of questions/question format to expect.
Also look at the exam objectives on the exam details page for what topics will be covered/level of knowledge expected
eg: again for Exam 250-351: Administration of Veritas Storage Foundation High Availability 5.0 for Windows
http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=250-351

Thanks for your kind input g_lee. i have already seen this
I actually want to collect the expected questions from the people.

One more thing G_Lee:
The link which you provided ( http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=250-351 ) have a hyperlink name Study Guide. Under the Study Guide there is a column name Course Topic From shows the lessons and topic which i am not able to find in the guide. Let suppose i want to find a lesson name Virtual Objects (snap is also attached for reference ) which i am not able to find in the SF Guide ( http://eval.symantec.com/mktginfo/enterprise/other_resources/b-admin_guide_storage_foundation_OR.en-... ).

Hi Zahid,
to my understanding, those virtual objects are nothing but volumes & plexes. Physical & Virtual data storage is a distinction between physical disks & volume manager objects like plexes & volumes which are virtual.

Thanks Gaurav. Things are not finished yet i gave that one example of Virtual Objects. There are alot of things which i am not able to search from SF guide. Why such an important thing Study Guide dont able to match the topics from Guides ?
You knowledge may be superb because "As you said that as per your understanding". But there are alot of ppl who are not like you . i think the Study Guide should match the topic easily of SF Guide or VCS admin Guide
thanks

We can do one more thing. I have a request for all ppl who are handling VCS can play there role in this activity.
I am attaching the Study Guide, VCS Guide and SF Guide. Kindly compare the guide of VCS, SF and Study Guide and post the respective Lesson or Topic found in VCS or SF Guide.
( I think this Activity may help other ppl as well )

Zahid, it seems as if you are preparing for two exams at the same time? VCS and SFW? Why not get one over and done with and then 'tackle' the next one?
I have found that exams are based on training manuals. So, if you have ever attended SFW or VCS training course (or know someone who did), the Student Guides will be your best study material.
I have seen you responding on the Partner Community - that means you should have access to Symantec Enablement Toolkit? Speak to your local Symantec Relationship manager for more info. This tool allows you to download training material and work through it in your own time.

No Marianne i am not going to attempt both EXAMS. I am just trying to prepare only one EXAM which is VCS. Actually i got confused when i saw the Study Guide under the link http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=250-351 provided by G_lee. i am also confused when i saw the Sample EXAM which also have some questions related to SF.(Sample EXAM Link for reference http://www.symantec.com/business/training/certification/path.jsp?pathID=sample_exam_250-351 )
If you see this Study Guide which is starting like this
Administration of Veritas Storage Foundation High Availability 5.0 for Windows
When i saw this Guide which starts with the name of """" Administration of Veritas Storage Foundation High Availability 5.0 for Window """" totally made me to belive that this is the VCS EXAM Study Guide but when i start reading this Study Guide i felt that VCS EXAM preparation needs to study SF and VCS both.
Marianne i want you just have a shot look at the link above and give me you kind suggestion.I also belive that VCS Admin Guide and Bundle Agents Guide are more enough to attempt VCS EXAM .
====================================================
Marianne i will try to get the training manuals
====================================================
I also try to download the training material if i will not get the training manuals from one of my friend who attended the training of VCS

Zahid,
As Marianne mentioned, and as stated on the page which was linked:
--------------------
The study guide is targeted for those who have attended the recommended 5 day training course. This self-study guide summarizes the key lessons and topics in the corresponding certification exam.
--------------------
(my emphasis) - thus, the topics listed are intended to correspond to the training materials, rather than having 1:1 mapping to the SF or VCS Administrator's Guides.
Although the same information can still probably be found in the Admin Guides, it will be in a different format/structured differently, as the training course is structured around learning about, and understanding the concepts / product, whereas the Admin guide tends to be focused more on specific tasks/ongoing administration (hence the name).
The links provided were intended to be a starting point since you asked for example questions. If you are interested in attending the course, note that the exam information pages also show details of the recommended courses/education for that certification (several/most of which can be done via Virtual Academy)

i emailed to Customer_Certifications@symantec.com about my query and found the below result:

Thanks for your kind help. Actually the study guide also shows some topics related with the SF which is confusing me and the problem is i just want to appear in the exam of VCS. should i exclude the SF part from the study guide when i am studying ?

Reply
Hi Zahid,
The VCS Windows exams covers both VCS and SF. You will need to study both to take this exam.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
currently i am following the Admin Guide,Installation and update guide and VCS bundle agent guide for the preparation to appear in the VCS EXAM but still i have to study the SF guide as well ?

My recommendation is still the same: study from training manuals.

I agree with Marianne. The training manuals are good, and they give you a far more realistic guide to using VCS in the real world than the Administrator's Guide does.
However, I think you can only get the training manuals (or at least the ones I've got) on the VCS course, and when you sign up for the course one of the conditions is that you don't distrubute the training materials.

Hi Zahid,
Yes the exam covers both SFW and VCS (HA) topics. I'm told that the product guides and training manuals are the best study resources for the exam.
Thanks,
Wally
