I'm looking for documentation templates (.doc, .xls etc) that I can use to document a VCS cluster. My company outsourced sys management and now we need to document all systems & clusters to be able to hand it over to the outsourcer.
anyone willing to share their documentation as a reference. You can of course sanitize the documentation, I just need to see what info is generally collected for such a purpose.
