Oracle Active Data Guard

Can anyone tell me if using VCS (red hat linux 5) supports the Oracle Active Data Guard in 11g?

We would like to have our standby database open in a Read Only state for Adhoc Queries

Hi,

There are references to Active Data guard in the docs for the VCS agent for Oracle DataGuard (RHEL5/11g).
