Hi,

What is the kernel update version ? is it RHEL 5 U8 ?

Are these errors coming during deport/import of diskgroup ?

Refer   http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH197909

Do you use IO fencing & VCS as well ?

As indicated in technote mentioned above, do you have any RP installed over 6.0 or its just 6.0 ?

# rpm -qa |grep -i vx

# yuminfo VRTSvxvm

You must be having stale keys remaining in your disks. You may want to check the same using # vxfenadm -s /dev/sd*. Also you can clear them using # vxfenclearpre. Ensure fencing is not online on any node while clearing the keys.
