I am looking to implement Veritas CFS and I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to run this on a Guest LDOM rather than the controller.
Any idea if this is possible?

This configuration is fully supported when deploying the "In Guest" full CFSHA Stack as well as at the Control Domain. There are however best practices for using this type of cluster topology. Please refer to the documents Mike mentioned above for more details. Please let us know if you need clarification on any of the LDom content.

Have a look at the "Veritas Storage Foundation and High Availability Solutions Virtualization Guide" from https://sort.symantec.com/documents for the version you are using. Below is an extract from 5.1 guide:
Logical Domains (LDoms) is a virtualization technology on the Solaris SPARCplatform that enables the creation of independent virtual machine environmentson the same physical system. This allows you to consolidate and centrally manageyour workloads on one system.Veritas Storage Foundation supports Solaris Logical Domains in the followingtwo deployments models:■ Split Storage Foundation stack■ Guest-based Storage Foundation stackVeritas Storage Foundation Cluster File System (SFCFS) is supported only inthe guest-based Storage Foundation stack.
