Setting up fencing with ressources groups running

Hello

I'm going to Setting up non-SCSI-3 I/O fencing in virtual environments with 3 CP servers. My cluster is already running since several months with several ressources. 

Does the set up of fencing can be done without a stop of running ressources ?

It seems all can be done with VCS and SGs online.

There is a step towards the end to stop and restart VCS.
I am sure that doing 'hastop -all-force' will be fine as that will stop VCS while leaving services online.

Hopefully one of the Veritas experts can confirm?

Thanks for you answer, in fact to add more details I will use the command /opt/VRTS/install/installvcs62 -fencing as described in the  page 181 of the document vcs_install_62_lin.pdf.
