Hi again,

I installed the simulator. But when I try to run it ( manager or console), I get this message
" This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".

I don't know what's wrong. I see the DLL file is present under c:\Program Files\VERITAS\VCS Simulator\bin


Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I had the same problem.  Copy the dll from c:\Program Files\VERITAS\VCS Simulator\bin to C:\Windows\system

That did the trick for me.
